Christine Miscione's work has appeared in various literary journals such as This Magazine, Lemon Hound, and The Puritan. In 2012, her story "Skin, Just" won first place in the Gloria Vanderbilt CVC Short Fiction Contest. In 2014, her debut short story collection, Auxiliary Skins, won the national ReLit Award for short fiction. More recently, Christine won third place in fiction contests organized by PRISM International, Prairie Fire, and The Antigonish Review, for her stories "The Water," "Tessa" and "Under Ashes" respectively. She was also shortlisted for the 2018 KM Hunter Award for Fiction. Christine is currently working on a novel and a short fiction collection.
